**ServiceNow ITOM Developer** **Experience:** 5+ Years **Location:** Pan India Interview Mode: virtual **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and support ServiceNow ITOM solutions including **CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management** . - Configure integrations using **REST APIs, SOAP, and other integration technologies** . - Perform scripting using **JavaScript, PowerShell, Unix Shell, and Windows scripting** . - Support infrastructure discovery, monitoring, and CMDB data management. - Participate in testing, deployments, Agile ceremonies, and SDLC activities. **Required Skills** - Strong experience in **ServiceNow ITOM** modules (CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management). - Knowledge of **Cloud Fundamentals** , Windows/Unix administration, and infrastructure environments (Server, Network, Storage). - Experience with monitoring tools and ServiceNow reporting. - Good understanding of **SDLC, Agile/Scrum, ITIL concepts** , and testing methodologies. - Hands-on experience with integrations and automation scripting. - **ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)** certification is mandatory. **Preferred Skills** - ITIL V3/V4 Foundation Certification. - ServiceNow certifications in **Discovery, Event Management, or Service Mapping** . **Soft Skills** - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities. - Active participation in planning, reviews, and retrospective meetings
