We are a global leader in the technology arena and there's nothing that can stop us from growing together. **TCS is Hiring for Service now ITSM Developer Job role.** **Experience Range: - 6 to 10 Years** **Job Locations : PAN India** **Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)** **Must-Have** **Technical Competency** - Experience as a ServiceNow ITSM Developer and Implementing Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, or Service Catalog, Mobile App, Virtual Agent - Ability to configure ServiceNow ITSM applications in alignment with approved design plans - Knowledge of unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing, or any client-specific testing - Experience with developing ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, one or more Web Services, XML, HTML and CSS - Familiarity with SQL query creation and LDAP Query for connecting to and pulling data from Oracle, MySQL databases and AD respectively - Worked with and understands the value in creating repeatable processes to design development, test, staging and production environments that are reliable with high availability - Must be ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator - Should possess knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodology - Basic knowledge with ITIL/industry standards - Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) **Behavioral competency** - Effective communication skills with both non-technical and technical audiences (verbal and written) - Excellent Interpersonal skills to work with the project team members collaboratively - Participate and provide feedback during planning meetings (i.e., pre-iteration, and retrospectives) **Good-to-Have** - ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification - ITIL V3/V4 foundation certification - Java developer certification
