About the Role We need a ServiceNow Junior Administrator to support daily platform operations. This role suits someone with basic ServiceNow knowledge who enjoys troubleshooting and wants to grow into a more technical position. You’ll work with senior admins and developers to keep the platform stable and organized. Key Responsibilities • Manage routine admin tasks: user accounts, roles, groups, and access. • Configure basic forms, fields, lists, and simple UI updates in ITSM or HAM/SAM. • Help maintain data quality and clean up outdated records. • Investigate user issues and escalate when needed. • Support small enhancements like catalog updates, notifications, and simple workflows. • Assist with upgrades, testing, and general maintenance. • Keep documentation updated. • Follow platform standards and best practices. Skills & Qualifications • 2–4 years of ServiceNow operations or admin experience. • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience). • Basic understanding of ITSM and CMDB. • Knowledge of tables, forms, roles, and access controls. • Willingness to learn and ask questions. • Strong attention to detail and process discipline. • Good communication skills with technical and non‑technical users. • Helpful: experience in IT support or system administration. Nice to Have • Experience with catalog items, notifications, or UI policies. • Basic JavaScript or interest in scripting. • Familiarity with Flow Designer. • ServiceNow CSA certification or plans to pursue it. • Understanding of ITIL basics.
