We are hiring an experienced **ServiceNow professional** to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions across IT service management platforms. The role involves working on end-to-end development, integrations, and enhancements while collaborating with global stakeholders. Location: PAN India **Key Responsibilities** - Design & develop **ServiceNow applications and modules** - Work on **ITSM, CMDB, Service Portal, and related modules** - Develop **client scripts, business rules, workflows, UI policies** - Build and manage **integrations using REST/SOAP APIs** - Perform **customization, enhancements, and platform upgrades** - Troubleshoot issues and provide **production support** - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution delivery **Required Skills** - Strong experience in **ServiceNow Development** - Hands-on with **ITSM, CMDB, Service Portal / CSM** - Good knowledge of **JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS** - Experience in **API integrations (REST/SOAP)** - Expertise in **workflows, ACLs, scripting** - Strong debugging and problem-solving skills **Experience** - **4–7 years overall experience** - Minimum **3+ years in ServiceNow development** **Good to Have** - **ServiceNow CSA / CAD certification** - ITIL knowledge - Experience in large-scale or consulting environments
