**Job Title** Service Reliability Engineer 3 Summary of the role As a Service Reliability Engineer 3, you'll help improve the reliability, performance, and operational excellence of customer-facing digital channels running on Microsoft Azure. You'll work with engineering, security, and operations teams to define reliability goals, improve observability, support incident response, and help ensure reliable customer experiences across web and mobile platforms. In This Role You'll / Your Main Responsibilities - Define and monitor Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and error budgets for critical customer journeys while supporting reliability governance. - Develop end-to-end observability using Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools, log analytics, distributed tracing, real-user monitoring, dashboards, alerts, and synthetic monitoring. - Coordinate incident management activities, including response coordination, communications, post-incident reviews, and actions to reduce Mean Time to Recovery (MTTR). - Improve reliability through automation, self-healing capabilities, capacity planning, disaster recovery, multi-region resiliency, and operational readiness reviews for new services and releases. - Collaborate with application, platform, and security teams to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and service reliability across Azure-based solutions.
