**Key Skills:** ServiceNow, ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping Servicenow Developer, ITOM **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Design and architect enterprise-scale ServiceNow AIOps solutions to enhance IT operations and service reliability. - Lead the implementation of ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, Cloud Discovery, and CMDB. - Design intelligent event correlation, alert aggregation, and noise reduction strategies using ServiceNow AIOps capabilities. - Configure Predictive AIOps features for anomaly detection, operational intelligence, and proactive issue identification. - Design and implement CSDM-compliant CMDB architecture, governance, and Configuration Item (CI) lifecycle management. - Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, SolarWinds, SCOM, Prometheus, Grafana, and Nagios. - Configure Event Rules, Alert Correlation Rules, Alert Intelligence, and Operational Intelligence to improve incident response. - Develop automation workflows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Orchestration, and Workflow Designer. - Design automated incident creation, remediation, and operational workflows to reduce manual effort. - Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies. - Build integrations with third-party enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers. - Lead CMDB health improvement initiatives, ensuring accurate CI relationships, data quality, and governance. - Define architecture standards, security controls, scalability guidelines, and ServiceNow platform best practices. - Support ServiceNow platform upgrades, performance tuning, optimization, and release management. - Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, security, and enterprise architecture teams to deliver integrated solutions. - Mentor development teams, conduct design reviews, and provide architectural guidance and technical leadership. - Prepare solution architecture documents, technical designs, implementation roadmaps, and operational documentation. - Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and solution governance activities. **Skills Required:** - Strong experience architecting ServiceNow AIOps and ITOM solutions. - Hands-on expertise with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Discovery, CMDB, and CSDM. - Deep understanding of Predictive AIOps, Alert Intelligence, Event Correlation, and Operational Intelligence. - Strong experience integrating ServiceNow with monitoring platforms such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, SolarWinds, SCOM, Prometheus, Grafana, and Nagios. - Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer. - Experience with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and enterprise integrations. - Strong knowledge of CMDB governance, CI relationships, Discovery Patterns, and ServiceNow best practices. - Experience with ServiceNow platform administration, upgrades, security, and performance optimization. - Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and CI/CD practices. - Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. **Education:** Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
