REQUIREMENT: - • Total Experience - 10+ • Strong IT industry experience with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience on the ServiceNow platform. • Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HAM, and SAM modules, including platform configuration, customization, and governance. • Extensive experience in designing and implementing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions across multiple business domains. • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, platform best practices, Now Create methodology, and governance frameworks. • Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Script Includes, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Scripted REST APIs. • Experience designing and implementing integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and third-party systems. • Deep understanding of CMDB architecture, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and data integrity management. • Experience designing and governing Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) processes, including software normalization, reconciliation, and license compliance. Responsibilities: - • Lead end-to-end solution architecture and design for ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HAM, and SAM modules. • Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, secure, and best-practice-aligned ServiceNow solutions. • Define enterprise-level technical roadmaps, reference architectures, integration strategies, and platform standards. • Govern platform health, upgrade strategies, technical debt reduction initiatives, and adherence to ServiceNow Technical Best Practices (TBPs). • Architect and oversee integrations with ERP systems, CMDB data sources, discovery tools, and third-party applications. • Drive CMDB strategy, CSDM adoption, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management implementations. • Design hardware and software asset lifecycle workflows, software normalization, reconciliation processes, and license compliance frameworks. • Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to developers, business analysts, administrators, and project teams. • Conduct architecture reviews, design reviews, code quality audits, and technical governance activities. • Partner with customers and stakeholders to communicate solution architecture decisions, trade-offs, and business value outcomes.
