Hi, Greetings of the day! we have opportunity with **Services Now Architect** **Experience: 8 to 15 yrs** **Location: Chennai** **JD:** 1. Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including integrations, that meet client needs and industry best practices. 2. Collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs. 3. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow development teams to ensure the successful execution of ServiceNow projects. 4. Configure ServiceNow modules and workflows to align with specific business requirements. 5. Provide technical expertise and participate in implementing new ServiceNow functionality. 6. Perform evaluations of existing ServiceNow implementations, offering recommendations for improvements. 7. Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions. 8. Minimum of Eight years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture. 9. Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its functionalities. 10. Strong domain expertise in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM). 11. Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations. 12. Strong hand on experience on 3rd party integrations (min 5 years). 13. Experienced in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including client requirement analysis and system design. 14. Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages. 15. Solid communication skills, and the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and technical designs. 16. Exceptional problem-solving skills. 17. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and guide teams. 18. Strong client-facing and consulting skills. 20.
