**Role & responsibilities** We are seeking a highly skilled **ServiceNow Now Assist & Agentic AI Developer** with 5-7 years of ServiceNow experience and hands-on expertise in **Now Assist, AI Agents, Generative AI, and Intelligent IT Operations Automation**. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-powered solutions that enhance IT Operations, Service Management, Employee Experience, and Enterprise Automation using the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have experience developing AI-driven workflows, configuring AI Agents, integrating enterprise systems, and leveraging ServiceNow capabilities to automate IT Operations processes across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, and AIOps domains.
