Country/Region: IN Requisition ID: 38588 Work Model: Position Type: Salary Range: Location: INDIA - BENGALURU - BIRLASOFT OFFICE # **Title:** **ServiceNow Certificate Management Architect-Subcon** Description: ## **Area(s) of responsibility** **Skills:** **ServiceNow Certificate Management Architect** **Experience: 10-13 years** **Scope** - Design and implement certificate lifecycle management in ServiceNow - Establish certificate discovery and inventory processes - Integrate ServiceNow with Microsoft ADCS - Configure request, renewal, revocation, and expiry workflows - Define certificate ownership and CMDB relationships - Build monitoring, notifications, dashboards, and reporting - Develop governance, operational processes, and supporting documentation **Skills** - Strong ServiceNow build and support experience (CMDB, Discovery, ITSM, Flow Designer) - Handson experience with PKI and certificate lifecycle management - Microsoft ADCS administration and integration expertise - Experience implementing certificate management solutions - Knowledge of security, governance, and compliance best practices - Ability to work independently and lead design workshops (with DevSecOps, Identify and Access Management, Cyber, Managed Cloud/ Infra teams)
