**Job Title:** ServiceNow CMDB SME **Location:** Kolkata **Experience:** 5-15 Years . **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and maintain ServiceNow CMDB and CI lifecycle - Define and enforce CMDB governance, standards, and best practices - Ensure CMDB data accuracy, completeness, and compliance - Handle CI relationships, discovery, and service mapping - Support integrations with monitoring, asset, and discovery tools - Troubleshoot CMDB-related issues and provide L2/L3 support - Work with stakeholders to align CMDB with ITSM processes - Prepare documentation, reports, and dashboards **Required Skills & Experience:** - 5-15 years of overall IT experience with strong CMDB focus - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping - Good understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Asset) - Experience in CI class modeling and relationship management - ServiceNow certifications preferred (CSA / CIS CMDB)
