**About the Company** TCS is Hiring for: ServiceNow compliance Monitoring and Analysis **Location: Bengaluru, Chennai** **About the Role** Mandatory Skill Core Technical Skills (Must-Have) **Responsibilities** - Manage **IT Asset Management (ITAM), Software Asset Management (SAM)** and **Hardware Asset Management (HAM)** processes in ServiceNow. - Oversee the **end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets** including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement. - Ensure **software license compliance** , usage optimization, and audit readiness. - Maintain accurate records in **ServiceNow CMDB and asset modules** . - Support operational workflows such as incident, request, and change management. - Generate asset reports and dashboards using **ServiceNow and Office tools** . - Collaborate with IT, procurement, and vendor teams to improve asset governance. - Provide basic support for **Windows, Linux, and network-related asset dependencies** . **Qualifications** Education details- Any graduate
