**Key Skills:** ServiceNow, CSM, GRC, IRM, ITAM, SecOps, FSM, CMDB, Workflows, Scripting, Integrations, ITSM **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and workflows. - Implement ServiceNow modules including CSM, GRC, IRM, ITAM, SecOps, and FSM. - Configure forms, business rules, scripts, and automation workflows. - Build integrations with external systems and support data management. - Configure ITSM, governance, risk, security, and asset management processes. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions. - Perform testing, troubleshooting, and deployment support. - Maintain ServiceNow platform enhancements and improvements. **Experience Required:** - 5-15 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation. - Hands-on experience with one or more ServiceNow modules: CSM, GRC, IRM, ITAM, SecOps, or FSM. - Strong knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, scripting, and integrations. - Experience with ServiceNow data models and configuration. - CMDB experience is an added advantage. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. **Education:** B.Tech M.Tech (Dual), B.E., B.Tech, M.E.
