The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development and administration, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and support ServiceNow applications that enhance business processes. **Responsibilities** - ------------------- * Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements. * Configure and customize ServiceNow platform including workflows, business rules, and client scripts. * Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs. * Perform system upgrades and maintain ServiceNow instances ensuring best practices are followed. * Develop and maintain technical documentation related to ServiceNow development and integrations. * Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications and modules. **Skills and Qualifications** - ---------------------------- * 5-10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration. * Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its capabilities. * Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML. * Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM modules. * Familiarity with ServiceNow development tools such as Studio, Flow Designer, and Service Portal. * Ability to write scripts and configure workflows in ServiceNow. * Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
