Vendor Personnel Description ServiceNow Development Responsibilities • Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development • Expertise in: o SAM Pro (Software Asset Management Professional) o ITOM modules (Discovery, CMDB, ACC) o Normalization \& Data Reconciliation • Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide APIs (GlideRecord, GlideSystem, etc.) • Experience with Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and workflow automation • Hands-on experience with Now Assist / AI capabilities in ServiceNow • Strong experience in ServiceNow integrations: o REST \& SOAP APIs o Kafka / Hermes Kafka event-based integrations • Knowledge of dashboards, reporting, and performance analytics • Solid understanding of ITSM processes • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
