**ServiceNow Technical Lead / Developer:** **Experience:** 4+ Years (Developer) | 8+ Years (Technical Lead) **Job Description:** We are looking for skilled **ServiceNow Developers and Technical Leads** to join a large-scale ServiceNow transformation program. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, integrations, automation, and platform customization. **Key Skills:** - ServiceNow Development - CMDB - Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) - Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) - Field Service Management (FSM) - Workflow Data Fabric (WDF) - JavaScript & ServiceNow Scripting - Flow Designer - IntegrationHub - REST/SOAP APIs - Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes - UI Builder & Service Portal **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules. - Develop workflows and automation solutions using Flow Designer. - Build and maintain integrations using IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP APIs. - Configure UI Builder experiences, portals, dashboards, and mobile solutions. - Support testing, defect resolution, deployments, and production support. - Participate in technical design discussions and provide implementation support. - For Technical Lead roles, lead development teams, conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices. **Required Experience:** - 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience for Developer roles. - 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience for Technical Lead roles. - Strong expertise in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, integrations, and Flow Designer. - Experience working on enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations is preferred.
