Job description

- Experience in development and customizaton of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery[Employee Service Management] applications, including: - HR Case Management - HR Knowledge Management - Employee Service Center (Portal) - Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions (Lifecycle Events) - Employee Document Management - Performance Analytics for HR - Integration experience with HRSM/HRIS system (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) - Integration experience with directories, such as Active Directory using methods such as LDAPs - Web Services,JDBC,SFTP integration experience - Knowledge of unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing, or any client-specific testing - Experience with developing ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, one or more Web Services, XML, HTML and CSS - Must be ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator and Certified Implementation specialist in HRSD - Should possess knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodology - Basic knowledge with ITIL/industry standards and HRSD processes - Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) **Behavioral competency** - Effective communication skills with both non-technical and technical audiences (verbal and written) - Excellent Interpersonal skills to work with the project team members collaboratevily - Participate and provide feedback during planning meetings (i.e., pre-iteration, and retrospectives)
