**Role : ServiceNow Developer - Integration Hub & Now Assist AI Agent & Conversational** **Experience : 5 to 12 years** **Location : Hyd/Chn/Pune** **Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)** **Must-Have** **ServiceNow Integration JD** Role Summary We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Specialist with handson experience in ITSM modules, Integrations, and Virtual Agent / Conversational AI. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing solutions, implementing workflows, integrating 3rdparty systems, and configuring conversational experiences using ServiceNow Virtual Agent. Key Responsibilities ServiceNow ITSM Configure & customize core ITSM applications: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Knowledge Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions. Implement SLAs, notifications, service catalogue items, and request workflows. Improve process automation and drive ITILaligned practices. Troubleshoot ITSM defects and optimize performance. ServiceNow Integrations Design and build integrations using REST APIs / SOAP MID Server-based integrations Integration Hub / Spokes Integrate ServiceNow with 3rdparty tools Build Scripted REST APIs, transform maps, and data loads. Troubleshoot integration failures and ensure secure API communication. ServiceNow Virtual Agent (VA) Design and configure VA Topics using Topic Designer. Build conversational flows using: Decision trees Script steps Natural Language Understanding (NLU) Train and optimize NLU intents, utterances, entities. Align VA topics with ITSM processes for automation
