Job description

We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka (IN-KA), India (IN). Key Responsibilities: • Develop, configure, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform • Implement and optimize workflow automation using Flow Designer and workflows • Build and maintain self-service password reset (SSPR) solutions • Design and manage knowledge bases for IT policies and FAQs • Configure ticket triage and intelligent routing using assignment rules and predictive intelligence • Create and maintain Service Catalog items, record producers, and request workflows • Develop scripts using Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions • Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and bug fixes Required Skills Qualifications • 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development • ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) • Flow Designer and Workflow Editor • Service Catalog and Knowledge Management • Password Reset automation • Workflow automation use cases • IT policies/FAQ implementation • Ticket triage and routing mechanisms • Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow Glide APIs • Experience in integration technologies (REST, SOAP, MID Server) • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies Preferred Qualifications • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) • Experience with Virtual Agent or chatbot implementations • Exposure to Predictive Intelligence / AI-based routing • Basic knowledge of CMDB and ITOM Soft Skills • Good analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and teamwork abilities • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
