**Greetings from TCS!!!** TCS presents an excellent opportunity for **ServiceNow Developer- SecOps** Relevant Experience (Yrs) Need: **4 to 10 years** Role: **ServiceNow Developer- SecOps** Location- **Chennai/Hyderabad/Bangalore** **Required Technical Skill Set** - Strong hands-on experience in **ServiceNow SecOps VR (Vulnerability Response) and SIR (Security Incident Response) implementation and customization** . - Deep knowledge of security incident triage, investigation, closure, vulnerability grouping, assignment, and remediation workflows. - Advanced JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions. - REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, API security, scanner/SIEM/SOAR integrations, and inbound/outbound data flows. **Good to have Technical Skill Set** - CMDB and CSDM concepts with **data quality governance exposure** . - Threat Intelligence, GRC, IRM, or broader cyber security operations exposure. - Azure DevOps / CI-CD pipeline experience for ServiceNow release management. - Security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and MITRE ATT&CK. - Prior BFSI or highly regulated enterprise environment experience. **Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)** **Must-Have\\*\\*** **(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)** - **Service Now E2, (Service Now Secops SIR/ VR, Service Now ITSM, CMDB)** **Good-to-Have** - CMDB and CSDM concepts with **data quality governance exposure** . - Threat Intelligence, GRC, IRM, or broader cyber security operations exposure. - Azure DevOps / CI-CD pipeline experience for ServiceNow release management. **Certifications( Good to Have)** - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – VR - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – CIR - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) **Security Tool Integration Exposure** Exposure to one or more of the following security tool categories/platforms is desirable: - Vulnerability scanners: Rapid7, Tenable, Qualys, Snyk, SonarQube. - SIEM / SOAR: Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, Palo Alto Cortex or equivalent. - Endpoint / threat platforms: CrowdStrike, BeyondTrust, Akamai / GuardiCore or equivalent. - ServiceNow IRM / GRC and Threat Intelligence integrations. **Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role** - Design and implement end-to-end Security Incident Response (SIR) workflows. - Configure and customize Vulnerability Response (VR) processes and remediation workflows. - Develop Security Playbooks, Flow Designer automations, and IntegrationHub solutions. - Build and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs. - Integrate ServiceNow with security platforms such as SIEM, SOAR, vulnerability scanners, threat intelligence, and endpoint security solutions. - Develop REST/SOAP integrations and secure API frameworks using JSON and authentication best practices. - Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on ServiceNow platform and SecOps implementation standards. - Troubleshoot complex platform, workflow, data, and integration issues. - Support release management, deployment activities, and post-production stabilization. - Good communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum delivery models with sprint planning, review, and daily stand-ups.
