1Hi We have opportunity with **Services now developer** Experience: 6 to 10 yrs Location : Kolkata, Chennai JD: 1. Experience on 3rd party Integrations 2. Coordinating ServiceNow application and platform upgrades. 3. Hands-on experience in ITSM modules e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, Service Level Management, Service Catalog etc. 4. Process automation using ServiceNow Flow designer, Workflows, Integrations. 5. Proficient in all areas of ServiceNow development and configuration including but not limited to Business Rules, ACLs, Domain Separation, Script Includes, UI Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Pages, UI Macros, and UI Policies. 6. Ability to build ServiceNow Reports, dashboards. 7. Development of new request items in the catalog the creation of new task-based workflows that can support cross team engagement 8Perform Systems Integration Testing and manage/coordinate user acceptance testing. 9Creation of technical and functional documents for ongoing maintenance items and projects. 10. Develops ITSM process activities through the development of policies, processes, and procedures to establish a standard methodology/practice that will Communicates process standards to ensure understanding across the organization. 11. Works with the process/service owner to define the configuration management process and the necessary policies. 12. Define best practices and standards for developing solutions using ServiceNow. 13. Provide original solutions to complex problems with the ability to advise and recommend advanced technical approaches and solutions. 14. ServiceNow CSA + CIS ITSM. 15.ServiceNow CSA + CIS ITSM certification 16Knowledge of other modules like ITSM, CMDB and Domain Separation. 17Good client management & communication skills 18Good experience in process design and deployment 19Good experience in IT Service Management if you are intrested in this postion kindly share your cv to this mail id **guggilapubindusha.p@tcs.com**
