Dear candidates , **ServiceNow UI Builder with Playbook - Job Description** **Position Title:** ServiceNow UI Builder (Playbook Specialist) **Position Overview** We are seeking an experienced **ServiceNow UI Builder** to design, develop, and optimize user interfaces using the latest ServiceNow UI technologies, with specialized expertise in Playbook development. This role combines technical excellence with user-centric design principles to deliver intuitive, efficient, and scalable solutions across our enterprise ServiceNow platform. **Key Responsibilities** **UI Development & Design:** - Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using ServiceNow UI Builder, including layouts, components, and custom pages - Implement Playbook configurations to automate guided user workflows and business processes - Translate business requirements into intuitive UI/UX designs that enhance user adoption and efficiency - Optimize UI performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility **Playbook Configuration & Automation:** - Design and configure Playbooks to guide users through complex business processes - Create conditional logic and branching within Playbooks based on business rules - Integrate Playbooks with other ServiceNow modules and third-party applications - Develop step-by-step guided experiences that reduce training time and errors **Collaboration & Documentation:** - Work closely with business analysts, functional consultants, and stakeholders to gather requirements - Document technical designs, configuration standards, and best practices - Provide technical guidance and training to team members and end-users - Participate in code reviews and quality assurance processes **Maintenance & Improvement:** - Monitor UI/Playbook performance and implement enhancements - Troubleshoot and resolve UI-related issues and defects - Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates and new UI capabilities - Contribute to continuous improvement of existing solutions **If you are interested, please send me your updated resume** **jobinv1@hexaware.com** **Interested candidates:** **Please register using the Microsoft Form.** **To access the Microsoft Form, please open the link attached in the Naukri questionnaire.
