We are a global leader in the technology arena and theres nothing that can stop us from growing together.** **What we are looking for** **Role: ServiceNow Developer with Angular JS)** **Experience Range: 5 to 10 Years** **Location: Chennai** **Interview Date: 22nd August 26 (09:00 AM to 12:00 PM)** **Interview Venue: Gate 04, TCS Siruseri Campus,Plot No. 1, G‑1, SIPCOT Information Technology Park** **Near Siruseri Special Economic Zone (SEZ), Navalur Post, Siruseri, Chennai – 603103, Tamil Nadu** **Note-While coming for Walkin:-** · Please carry 2 or more copies of updated resume, 2 Passport size photo along with Govt ID proof(Xerox 2 copies) · Please do not bring personal laptop or electronic gadgets to TCS premises. **Must Have:** - Hands-on experience with **ServiceNow Service Portal** - Strong expertise in **AngularJS (1.x)** in ServiceNow context. - Experience developing **Service Portal Widgets** and custom UI components. - Working knowledge of ServiceNow scripting: - Client Scripts - UI Policies - Script Includes - Glide Ajax - Familiarity with **ITSM modules** (Incident, Request, Change, Knowledge). - Experience integrating front-end components with backend data via **REST APIs** . - Good understanding of **browser compatibility, performance optimization, and security** . **Good to Have:** - Design, develop, and customize **ServiceNow Service Portal** using **AngularJS** . - Customize Service CatLog items, Record Producers, and portal forms to support ITSM/ESM use cases. - Ensure portal design aligns with **ITIL processes** (Incident, Request, Change, Knowledge). - Optimize portal performance, reusability, and maintainability of AngularJS components. - Collaborate with UX/UI teams to translate wireframes into functional portal designs. - Support portal-related issues in Production and participate in root cause analysis. - Adhere to **ServiceNow SDLC** , coding standards, and security/compliance guidelines. - Document portal designs, configurations, and custom components for audit and operational readiness. **Essential:** - Design, develop, and customize **ServiceNow Service Portal** using **AngularJS** . - Customize Service CatLog items, Record Producers, and portal forms to support ITSM/ESM use cases. - Ensure portal design aligns with **ITIL processes** (Incident, Request, Change, Knowledge). - Optimize portal performance, reusability, and maintainability of AngularJS components. - Collaborate with UX/UI teams to translate wireframes into functional portal designs. - Support portal-related issues in Production and participate in root cause analysis. - Adhere to **ServiceNow SDLC** , coding standards, and security/compliance guidelines. - Document portal designs, configurations, and custom components for audit and operational readiness. **Minimum Qualification:** - 15 years of full-time education - Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
