Job description

**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) solutions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop customized solutions using ServiceNow platform. - Conduct regular audits and reviews of existing GRC processes to identify areas for improvement and optimize workflows. - Provide training and support to end-users on the usage of ServiceNow GRC tools. **Job Requirements :** - 6-19 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance). - Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform including its modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM etc. - Experience in designing implementing and maintaining complex workflows using ServiceNow's workflow management capabilities.
