Job description

**Roles and Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and implement HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design business rules for HRSD modules such as HR Case Management, Workforce Management, and Talent Acquisition. - Develop custom scripts using JavaScript to automate workflows and integrate with other systems through REST SOAP APIs. - Troubleshoot issues related to HRSD module configuration, data migration, and reporting.
