**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain HR Service Delivery (HRSD) applications on the ServiceNow platform. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs. - Troubleshoot issues related to HRSD application performance, data integrity, and user access management. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for IT service delivery. **Job Requirements :** - 6-19 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry. - Strong expertise in Servicenow development including configuration, customization, integration etc. . - Experience working with HRSD modules such as employee data management, time tracking, benefits administration etc. . - Proven track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
