**NOTE : EX TCS PLS DO NOT APPLY** TCS VIRTUAL DRIVE FOR THE BELOW SKILL SKILL : SERVICENOW HRSD-TECHNICAL LEAD LOCATION : MUMBAI /PUNE/BANGALORE/NAGPUR EXP : 6- 8 YRS RELEVANT Eligibility Criteria: - Minimum 15 years of regular education (10th + 12th + 3 years graduation) - BE/**B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc/MS** with a minimum of 5 years of relevant IT experience post-qualification - **B.Sc/BCA** Graduates with a minimum of 5.5 years of relevant IT experience post-qualification - Only full-time courses will be considered - Experience in development and customizaton of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery[Employee Service Management] applications, including: - HR Case Management - HR Knowledge Management - Employee Service Center (Portal) - Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions (Lifecycle Events) - Employee Document Management - Performance Analytics for HR - Integration experience with HRSM/HRIS system (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) - Integration experience with directories, such as Active Directory using methods such as LDAPs - Web Services,JDBC,SFTP integration experience - Knowledge of unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing, or any client-specific testing - Experience with developing ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, one or more Web Services, XML, HTML and CSS - Must be ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator and Certified Implementation specialist in HRSD - Should possess knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodology - Basic knowledge with ITIL/industry standards and HRSD processes - Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
