**Job Title:** ServiceNow Integration Engineer **Experience Range:** 5 to 8 Years **Location:** Hyderabad / Chennai Job Description We are looking for an experienced **ServiceNow Integration Engineer** with strong expertise in integrating ServiceNow platforms with enterprise applications, monitoring tools, and infrastructure systems. Key Responsibilities - Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB) and external enterprise systems. - Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API based integrations. - Define and implement integration workflows across infrastructure, monitoring, and automation tools. - Enable real-time data synchronization between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms. - Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds and other third-party applications. - Work closely with IT operations, infrastructure, and application teams to gather integration requirements. - Ensure data accuracy, security, and performance across integrations. - Support troubleshooting, enhancements, and optimization of integration solutions. **Required Skills** - 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Development/Integration. - Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules. - Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and IntegrationHub. - Experience with MID Server and ServiceNow integration frameworks. - Knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping. - Experience integrating ServiceNow with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds. - Understanding of infrastructure, networking, cloud, and enterprise application integrations. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills. **Preferred Skills** - ServiceNow CSA Certification. - Exposure to automation and orchestration tools. - Experience in enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
