P **osition: ServiceNow - Integration Hub & Now Assist AI Agent & Conversational** Exp **erience: 5 to 12 years** L **ocation: Trivandrum** **JOB DESCRIPTIO** N **Role:** **ServiceNow - Integration Hub & Now Assist AI Agent & Conversational** **Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)** **Must-Have** **ServiceNow Integration Hub Developer** **Role Summary:** Build and manage integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using Integration Hub, ensuring secure, scalable, and reusable integration frameworks. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop integrations using **Integration Hub Spokes and Flow Designer** - Build and maintain **Scripted REST APIs and inbound/outbound integrations** - Implement **OAuth 2.0 authentication and secure integration patterns** - Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems such as **Workday, IAM, and third-party platforms** - Develop reusable integration components and utilities - Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance **Required Skills:** - Strong hands-on experience with **ServiceNow Integration Hub and Flow Designer** - Proficiency in **REST/SOAP APIs and scripting (JavaScript/Glide)** - Experience with **OAuth 2.0, API security, and error handling** - Exposure to **Workday Web Services / REST integrations** **Also please refer below link for downloading application form.
