Job Description ServiceNow IRM Developer Position ServiceNow IRM Developer Experience 5+ Years of Overall ServiceNow Experience with a minimum of 3+ Years in ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) Location Hyderabad Job Summary We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM Developer with 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience and strong expertise in Integrated Risk Management (IRM). The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting IRM solutions to help organizations manage governance, risk, compliance, audits, and vendor risks effectively. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM modules and a strong understanding of risk and compliance processes. Key Responsibilities - Design and implement ServiceNow IRM solutions based on business requirements. - Configure and customize IRM modules including: - Risk Management - Policy and Compliance Management - Audit Management - Vendor Risk Management - Business Continuity Management (preferred) - Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer workflows, and IntegrationHub solutions. - Configure risk registers, controls, policy frameworks, compliance assessments, and audit workflows. - Create and maintain dashboards, reports, KPIs, and performance metrics. - Integrate ServiceNow with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs. - Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support. - Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues while ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices. - Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Security teams to implement governance requirements. Required Skills - 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. - Minimum 3+ years of ServiceNow IRM/GRC implementation experience. - Strong experience in: - Risk Management - Policy and Compliance Management - Audit Management - Vendor Risk Management - Expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer. - Experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP integrations. - Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes. - Experience creating reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics. - Knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and data model. Preferred Skills - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD). - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM/GRC. - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as SOX, PCI-DSS, GDPR, ISO 27001, COBIT, and NIST. Mandatory Requirement - Overall ServiceNow Experience: **5+ Years** - ServiceNow IRM Experience: **Minimum 3+ Years (Mandatory)** - IRM experience must be clearly reflected in the resume with project details. - Profiles without relevant IRM project experience will not be considered.
