Job description

Key Responsibilities - Design and implement **ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules**, including: - Policy & Compliance Management - Risk Management - Audit Management - Vendor Risk Management - Configure and customize ServiceNow applications using: - Business Rules - Script Includes - Client Scripts - UI Policies & Actions - Flow Designer / Workflows - Develop and maintain **custom applications and integrations** within ServiceNow. - Participate in **end-to-end implementation**, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. - Implement **risk frameworks, control testing, and compliance tracking workflows**. - Create and manage **reports, dashboards, and performance analytics**. - Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools (REST/SOAP APIs). - Provide support for **upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements**. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate regulatory and governance requirements into technical solutions. Required Skills & Experience Core Technical Skills - Strong experience in **ServiceNow platform development** - Hands-on experience with **IRM/GRC modules** - Proficiency in: - JavaScript (ServiceNow scripting) - Glide APIs - Flow Designer / Workflow - Experience in **ACLs, UI Builder, Service Portal** - Knowledge of **REST/SOAP integrations** Functional Knowledge - Understanding of **risk management, compliance, and audit processes** - Familiarity with frameworks like: - ISO 27001 - SOX - NIST - COBIT Tools & Platform Knowledge - ServiceNow IRM module - Performance Analytics (PA) - Reporting and dashboards
