Job description

**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ITAM solutions using ServiceNow platform. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement process improvements. - Develop custom scripts using HAM (HTML) and SAML (Security Assertion Markup Language) to automate IT processes. - Troubleshoot issues related to ITSM implementation on ServiceNow platform. **Job Requirements :** - 4-19 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry. - Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform including ITSM modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management etc. . - Proficiency in developing custom scripts using HAM (HTML) language. - Experience with SAML (Security Assertion Markup Language) protocol for authentication purposes.
