ServiceNow ITOM Developer / Lead

**Job Description:** **We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITOM Developer / Lead to design, implement, and support IT Operations Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform.** **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement **ITOM modules** such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration - Configure and maintain **MID Servers, patterns, and probes/sensors** - Build **integrations** with third-party monitoring tools using REST/SOAP APIs - Customize platform components using **Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer** - Perform **CMDB data modeling, reconciliation, and data quality improvements** - Troubleshoot and optimize **Discovery and Service Mapping performance** - Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable ITOM solutions **Required Skills:** - Hands-on experience in **ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)** - Strong knowledge of **CMDB, CSDM framework, and infrastructure concepts** - Proficiency in **JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting** - Experience with **MID Server setup and integrations** - Good understanding of **ITSM processes** - ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CAD / CIS-ITOM preferred)
