Job Description - -------------- **Walk in Drive Date: 31st July 2026 (Friday)** **Registration Time: 9.00 AM to 1.00 PM** **Walkin Drive Venue: Tata Consultancy Services, Brigade Bhuwalka Icon, Whitefield Main Rd, Pattandur Agrahara, Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066** **Things to Carry:** **1 copy of an updated resume, Government ID proof (original + Photocopy), 1 Passport size photo** **Relevant Experience Range -- 4 to 12 years** **Note: No Testing/End User profiles are invited.** **To apply click on below given link:- https://on.tcs.com/4ca6yaX** **Job Title: ServiceNow ITOM Developer** **Experience: 4-12 years** **Location: Bengaluru** **Job Description** **We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITOM Developer to design, implement, and support IT Operations Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform.** **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration * Configure and maintain MID Servers, patterns, and probes/sensors * Build integrations with third-party monitoring tools using REST/SOAP APIs * Customize platform components using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer * Perform CMDB data modeling, reconciliation, and data quality improvements * Troubleshoot and optimize Discovery and Service Mapping performance * Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable ITOM solutions Required Skills: * Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management) * Strong knowledge of CMDB, CSDM framework, and infrastructure concepts * Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting * Experience with MID Server setup and integrations * Good understanding of ITSM processes * ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CAD / CIS-ITOM preferred)
