**NOTE : EX TCS PLEASE DO NOT APPLY** TCS VIRTUAL DRIVE FOR THE BELOW SKILL:- SKILL : SERVICENOW ITOM LOCATION : BANGALORE /PUNE EXP : 6-8 YRS Eligibility Criteria: - Minimum 15 years of regular education (10th + 12th + 3 years graduation) - BE/**B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc/MS** with a minimum of 5 years of relevant IT experience post-qualification - **B.Sc/BCA** Graduates with a minimum of 5.5 years of relevant IT experience post-qualification - Only full-time courses will be considered ServiceNow ITOM professional with expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, and Cloud Management. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow ITOM solutions while ensuring CMDB health and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities - Implement and maintain ServiceNow ITOM modules: - Discovery - Service Mapping - Event Management - CMDB - Orchestration - Cloud Discovery - Configure MID Servers and troubleshoot Discovery issues. - Design and maintain CMDB data models, CI relationships, and governance processes. - Implement Service Mapping for business-critical applications and infrastructure services. - Integrate monitoring tools such as: - SolarWinds - Splunk - Dynatrace - Nagios - SCOM - Develop ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations. - Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot platform issues. - Work with infrastructure, network, cloud, and application teams for ITOM deployments. - Support upgrades, enhancements, and platform optimization initiatives Interested candidates please share cv on mamta.hegde@tcs.com
