**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Manage IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes to ensure efficient service delivery and maintenance of IT systems. - Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency. - Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in ITOM. **Job Requirements :** - 4-19 years of experience in IT Operations Management or related field. - Strong understanding of ITOM principles, frameworks, and methodologies. - Proficiency in ServiceNow platform administration and customization.
