Job description
**Roles and Responsibilities** - Design, implement, and maintain IT Asset Management (ITOM) solutions using ServiceNow platform. - Develop and manage CMDB processes to ensure accurate tracking of hardware, software, and other assets. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop custom workflows for asset management. - Provide training and support to end-users on ServiceNow ITOM module.
