We are a global leader in the technology arena and theres nothing that can stop us from growing together.** **What we are looking for** **Role: ServiceNow - ITSM/ITOM/SAM/APM/GRC IRM/GRC BCM** **Experience Range: 6 to 12 Years** **Walkin Location: Bengaluru** **Interview Date: 18th July 26 (09:00 AM to 12:00 PM)** **Interview Venue:** **Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, Think Campus 42, 45-P, Hosur Rd, Phase 2, Bengaluru – 560100** **Note-While coming for Walkin:-** · Please carry 2 or more copies of updated resume, 2 Passport size photo along with Govt ID proof(Xerox 2 copies) · Please do not bring personal laptop or electronic gadgets to TCS premises. **Must Have:** Module-Specific Skills ITSM - Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management - Service Catalog and CMDB understanding - SLA and workflow configuration ITOM - Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management - CMDB health and governance - Cloud and infrastructure monitoring integrations SAM (Software Asset Management) - Software lifecycle management - Software license compliance and optimization - Publisher packs and entitlement management APM (Application Portfolio Management) - Application inventory and lifecycle management - Technology risk and rationalization - Business capability mapping GRC IRM (Integrated Risk Management) - Policy and Compliance Management - Risk Management - Audit Management - Third-Party Risk Management GRC BCM (Business Continuity Management) - Business Impact Analysis (BIA) - Business Continuity Plans - Disaster Recovery processes - Resilience and compliance reporting Required Skills - 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience. - Strong JavaScript, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and API integration experience. - Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. - Good understanding of CMDB and ServiceNow data model. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred Certifications - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Certified Application Developer (CAD) - CIS-ITSM - CIS-ITOM - CIS-SAM - CIS-APM - CIS-Risk & Compliance / IRM **Good to Have:** - ServiceNow Architecture experience - Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) - ITIL Foundation Certification - Experience leading end-to-end ServiceNow implementations **Essential:** - Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions. - Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, integrations, and custom applications. - Lead workshops and provide functional and technical guidance to stakeholders. - Perform platform upgrades, enhancements, and optimization activities. - Develop integrations with third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub. - Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards. - Support testing, deployment, training, and post-production activities. **Minimum Qualification** - 15 years of full-time education - Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
