**Role: ServiceNow (ITSM)** **Experience-7-10 yr** **Location-Chennai/Pune** **24-June-2026** **Remote interview (Virtual Drive)** **Must-Hav** - eITSM Module Expertise: Ability to flawlessly design, document, and implement the ITSM module with a CSDM-aligned CMDB - .Experience setting up ServiceNow ITOM Discovery to find servers, network devices, and applications - .Able to read and understand network diagrams and basic security concepts (like firewalls, subnets, and access controls) - .Experience in large-scale implementations (multi-country rollouts - **)ServiceNow Certification** s: Certified in at least 2 or more ServiceNow modules -CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM, CIS-ITAM, CIS-ITBM, CIS-CSM, CIS-SecOps, CIS-GRC, CIS-HRSD, et - cTechnical Skills: Knowledge of web-based development languages, including JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, and CSS - .Plan and execute Version upgrades and patching; manage update sets; coordinate regression/AT - FExperience: Proven experience in customizations and integrations with enterprise systems, alongside the standard implementation of ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules **.
