**Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced **ServiceNow Technical Lead** to lead the design, development, implementation, and support of ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the ServiceNow platform, experience leading development teams, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions. - Provide technical leadership to ServiceNow developers and administrators. - Design scalable and maintainable ServiceNow architecture. - Develop custom applications, workflows, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer flows, and Integrations. - Configure and customize ServiceNow modules based on business requirements. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and project managers. - Review technical designs and perform code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices. - Lead platform upgrades, patching, and instance management activities. - Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and APIs. - Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide root cause analysis. - Ensure platform security, governance, and compliance standards are followed. - Mentor junior developers and establish development standards. - Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning. - Prepare technical documentation, knowledge articles, and deployment plans. - Drive continuous improvement and platform optimization initiatives. **Required Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 7+ years of IT experience. - 58+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. - 24+ years of technical leadership experience. - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
