**Skills** ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Catalog) ServiceNow Development (Scripting, BR, Client Scripts, Flow Designer) Integration (REST/SOAP, MID Server, APIs) Techno-Functional Analysis (Requirement understanding, solutioning) Stakeholder communication/ Client-handling Agile/Process Understanding **Job Requirements\\*** - 5 to 8 years of experience in ServiceNow development with strong exposure to ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog) - Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture - Hands-on experience in: Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer/ Workflow - Experience in Integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID server or external systems - Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions - Strong communication skills with experience in handling client discussions - ServiceNow CSA certified. **Key Responsibilities\\*** - Lead development and configuration activities for ServiceNow modules - Act as a techno-functional bridge between client and development team - Participate in client calls, provide updates, and handle requirement clarifications and escalations - Ensure code quality through reviews and adherence to ServiceNow best practices - Support testing and resolving defects - Mentor junior developers and guide them on implementation approaches - Contribute documentation and knowledge sharing within the team. **Job Qualifications & Skills** **Domain** - ServiceNow **Soft Skills** - Excellent communication - Team collaboration - Ability to handle client calls - Documentation and knowledge sharing **Education Requirements** Bachelor's/Masters in Computer Science or equivalent **Certifications** ServiceNow CSA Mandatory CIS-ITSM Good to have
