**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ITSM , Now Assist solutions on ServiceNow platform. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement process improvements. - Troubleshoot issues related to ITSM processes and provide technical guidance to team members. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for IT service management. **Job Requirements :** - 4-19 years of experience in ITSM or a related field. - Strong understanding of ServiceNow development principles and architecture. - Experience working with ITIL v3/v4 frameworks for incident, problem, change, and release management.
