**Key Responsibilities** - Design and execute test strategies for ServiceNow implementations - Perform **manual and automation testing** for ServiceNow applications - Validate workflows, service catalog items, integrations, and scripts - Develop and maintain automated test scripts (ATF / external tools) - Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders - Identify, log, and track defects through resolution - Conduct regression, integration, and UAT support - Ensure quality gates are met before production release - Create test plans, test cases, and test data - Provide QA sign-off and support deployment activities **Required Skills & Experience** - 47+ years of experience in QA/testing (ServiceNow preferred) - Strong understanding of: - ServiceNow platform (HRSD / ITSM / Catalog / Workflows) - Manual testing & test case design - Experience in: - Automation testing tools (ServiceNow ATF preferred) - API testing (REST / SOAP using Postman or similar) - Knowledge of: - Integration testing and end-to-end workflow validation - Defect tracking tools (JIRA / SNOW / ALM) - Basic understanding of ServiceNow scripting (for validation/debugging) - Experience in Agile/Scrum environment
