Hands-on experience with **ServiceNow SAM Pro** implementation and administration. Expertise in: - Software Normalization - Software Discovery - Software Reclamation - License Reconciliation - Content Library Management Proficiency in: - JavaScript - Glide API - Business Rules - Script Includes - Flow Designer - IntegrationHub - Service Catalog Experience with ServiceNow integrations using: - REST APIs - SOAP APIs - MID Server - Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management modules. - Good understanding of software licensing models (Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, IBM, SAP, etc.). - Experience with SQL and data analysis. **Good to Have:** - Experience with **HAM Pro (Hardware Asset Management)** . - Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB processes. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - ServiceNow platform upgrade and migration experience. **Essential:** - Implement, configure, and maintain **ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM Pro)** solutions. - Configure software normalization, software discovery, and license management processes. - Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations. - Perform software license reconciliation and compliance reporting. - Integrate ServiceNow SAM with third-party tools such as SCCM, Intune, Flexera, Tanium, Snow, and other discovery sources. - Configure software models, publishers, contracts, and entitlements. - Develop custom reports, dashboards, and performance analytics. - Troubleshoot platform issues and provide technical support for SAM processes. - Collaborate with Asset Managers, IT Operations, Security, and Procurement teams to optimize software asset lifecycle management. - Participate in platform upgrades, release management, and testing activities. - Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards. **Minimum Qualification** - 15 years of full-time education - Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
