**TCS Walk in Drive** **Role : ServiceNow SAM HAM ITAM** **Exp Range :** 5+Years **Location : Pune** **Walk in Location :** **Pune-Zone 3 & Audi, Sahyadri Park 1, Tata Consultancy Services, Gate 1, Hinjewadi Phase 3, Pune-411057 (SP3)** **JD:** - Strong experience in **ServiceNow platform development** (JavaScript, Glide APIs). - Hands-on experience with **ITAM modules – HAM & SAM (SAM Pro preferred)** . - Knowledge of **CMDB, Discovery, and ServiceNow data model** . - Experience with **workflow automation and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)** . - Understanding of **software licensing models and compliance management** . - Familiarity with **ITIL processes and best practices** .
