**ServiceNow SAM Pro** -**Walkin Interview--27th June --Bangalore** **Roles and Responsibilities** - Design, implement, and maintain ITSM processes using ServiceNow platform. - Configure and customize workflows, business rules, and integrations to meet client requirements. - Develop technical documentation for configuration changes made to the system. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes accordingly. - Provide training and support to clients on ServiceNow platform. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 6-11 years of experience in ITIL v3/4 certification or equivalent experience in ITSM domain. - Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.). - Strong understanding of ServiceNow SAM Pro module including Ham, Sam, ITACM, design, run, and continuous improvement concepts. - Experience working with Salesforce/M365 integration is an added advantage.
