Job Title: ServiceNow Senior Developer **Location:** Chennai **Experience:** 5 to 15 Years Job Description We are looking for an experienced **ServiceNow Senior Developer** with strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, integrations, and platform customization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions while ensuring adherence to best practices and scalable architecture. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments. - Customize and enhance ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management. - Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, and Flow Designer solutions. - Build and support integrations with internal and external systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and Integration Hub. - Ensure CMDB health, data governance, reconciliation, and lifecycle management of Configuration Items (CIs). - Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions. - Support platform upgrades, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and release management. Required Skills - **5+ years of experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow ITSM** modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management. - Strong hands-on experience with **ITOM** modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Operational Health, and Security Operations (SecOps). - Deep understanding of **CMDB**, **CSDM alignment**, **IRE rules**, reconciliation processes, and CI lifecycle management. - Experience building secure integrations using **IntegrationHub**, **MID Server**, **REST APIs**, and **SOAP Web Services**. - Expertise in ServiceNow scripting including **Business Rules**, **Script Includes**, **Client Scripts**, **UI Policies**, and **Flow Designer**. - Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow development best practices. - Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
