Job Description: ## **͏** - Deep expertise across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and SPM modules - Strong architecture and enterprise solution design experience - Expertise in CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping - Experience with HAM Pro, SAM Pro (license compliance, reconciliation) - Strong knowledge of portfolio, financial, and resource management - Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer - Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and IntegrationHub - Understanding of hybrid IT infrastructure and cloud environments Mandatory Skills: ServiceNow - SaaS .
