**ServiceNow Expertise** - Strong handson experience with **ServiceNow HRSD** - Indepth knowledge of: - HR Case & Knowledge Management - Employee Center / Employee Center Pro - Lifecycle Events - Service Catalog & Workflows - Experience with **ServiceNow Integrations** (REST/SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub) - Strong understanding of **ITSM/CMDB** concepts (nice to have) **Technical Skills** - JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes - Flow Designer, UI Builder (preferred) - Reporting & Performance Analytics (basic to advanced)
