Job description

Key Responsibilities - Implement, configure, and support **ServiceNow SPM modules** including: - Demand Management - Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) - Resource Management - Financial Management (optional/desired) - Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow SPM solutions. - Configure workflows, forms, dashboards, reports, and KPIs within SPM. - Customize SPM using **Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies**, and integrations. - Design and maintain **roadmaps, portfolios, and investment planning** features. - Integrate SPM with other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, etc.) and third-party tools. - Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support. - Ensure best practices, performance optimization, and governance compliance. - Collaborate with PMO and leadership teams to improve visibility and decision-making.
